Checkouts appear here automatically. Every time the Discord bot intercepts a checkout webhook from a supported site, it saves the result to your account -- no manual entry required.

Stats row

Three counters sit at the top of the page:

Counter
What it shows

Total

Every checkout attempt on record, regardless of outcome.

Successful (green)

Checkouts that went through and secured the item.

Declined (red)

Checkouts that did not complete.

These numbers update as you apply filters, so they always reflect the current view.

Search and filters

Type a product name into the Search field to instantly filter the table. The search matches against the product name column and is case-insensitive.

Filter dropdowns

Four controls let you slice the data further:

Filter
Options
What it does

Status

All, Success, Declined

Show every checkout, only successful ones, or only declined ones.

Date

All Time, or a custom date range

Restrict results to a specific window. Pick start and end dates to zoom in on a particular drop or time period.

Site

All Sites, Walmart, Target, and others

Narrow the list to a single retailer.

Clear filters

A single click resets every filter back to its default so you see the full list again.

Checkout table

The main table lists your checkouts with these columns:

Column
Description

Date

When the checkout attempt happened.

Product

The product name along with a small thumbnail image.

Site

The retailer (Walmart, Target, etc.).

Price

The item's price at checkout.

Qty

How many units were in the checkout.

Status

A colored badge -- green Success or red Declined.

Sorting

Click any column header to sort the table by that column. Click the same header again to reverse the sort order. This is handy for finding your most expensive pickups or your earliest checkouts.

Pagination

The table displays 100 items per page. Page numbers appear at the bottom of the table. Click a page number or use the forward/back arrows to navigate through your full checkout history.

Export CSV

Click the Export CSV button in the top-right corner to download your checkout history as a .csv file. The export respects your current filters, so you can export just the subset you care about -- for example, only successful Walmart checkouts from the last 30 days.

Understanding declined checkouts

A Declined status means the checkout attempt did not go through. Common reasons include:

  • Fraud detection -- the retailer's system flagged the order and blocked it.

  • Out of stock -- the item sold out before the checkout could complete.

  • Payment issue -- the card on file was declined, expired, or hit a spending limit.

Declined checkouts are still recorded so you have a complete picture of every attempt. They do not count toward your Total Spent or Total Items stats on the Dashboard.
