Inventory

The Inventory page is your personal collection tracker. Every item you have purchased -- whether added manually or imported from the Email Scraper -- lives here. You can see exactly what you own, what it cost, and how much profit you have made on items you have sold.

Head to Dashboard > Inventory or visit aphrowuu.com/dashboard/inventoryarrow-up-right to manage your items.

Stats at a glance

The stats row across the top gives you a quick overview of your inventory:

Search and filter

Use the search bar to find products by name. You can also filter by retailer using the Site dropdown -- choose from All Sites, Walmart, Target, and other supported stores to narrow down the list.

Add items manually

Click the Add Items button (green, top-right corner) to manually add items to your inventory. Fill in:

  • Product Name -- the name of the item

  • Site -- where you purchased it (Walmart, Target, etc.)

  • Quantity -- how many units you bought

  • Cost Per Item -- the price you paid per unit

This is useful for adding items that did not come through the email scraper, like in-store purchases or orders from unsupported retailers.

Reading the inventory table

The inventory table has the following columns:

Column
Description

Date

When the item was added

Site

The retailer, shown as a color-coded badge (Target = red, Walmart = blue, etc.)

Product

Product name with an image thumbnail when available

Purchased

Total quantity purchased

Remaining

How many units you still have on hand

Cost

Total cost for this entry

Revenue

Revenue earned from sold units

Profit

Net profit -- green for positive, red for negative

Items are grouped by product. Click a product row to expand it and see the individual inventory entries underneath, each with its own date, quantity, and cost details.

To remove an item, click the trash icon on that row.

Create an invoice from inventory

Click the Create Invoice button (cyan, top-right) to turn inventory items into a sales invoice. This takes you through a flow where you select products, set quantities and selling prices, and generate a formal invoice. See Invoices for the full walkthrough.

Cash out

The Cash Out button (orange, top-right) is a quick way to mark items as sold without going through the full invoice creation process. Use this when you need a fast record of a sale.

How FIFO allocation works

When you create an invoice or sell items, the system uses FIFO (First In, First Out) to decide which inventory entries to pull from. The oldest items in your inventory are allocated first.

Example: Say you are selling 10 units of a product. Your oldest inventory entry has 3 units and the next oldest has 12. The system will take all 3 from the first entry, then 7 from the second entry. This keeps your cost basis accurate and ensures older stock moves first.
