Membership
The Membership page shows your current subscription status, renewal details, and the contact information used on your invoices.

Membership Status
At the top of the page you will see your current membership status badge. There are four possible states:
Active (green)
Your membership is current and you have full dashboard access.
Warning (orange)
Your membership is expiring soon. Renew to keep access.
Expired (red)
Your membership has lapsed. Renew to restore dashboard access.
None (gray)
No membership on file. Contact an admin in Discord.
If your status shows Warning, renew before the expiration date to avoid losing access to the dashboard. Once expired, you will be redirected to the join page until you renew.
Renewal and history
Two cards sit below the status banner:
Next Renewal -- The date your current membership period ends. If it says "Not set," contact an admin to confirm your renewal date.
Member Since -- The date you first joined ACO. This never changes, even if you renew.
Contact Information
The Contact Information section stores the details that appear on your invoices as the payee. This includes:
Name -- Your name or business name (e.g., "Aphrowuu LLC")
Email -- The email address printed on invoices
Address -- Street address, city, state, and ZIP code
Update your contact info
Click the Edit link in the top-right corner of the Contact Information card. A form appears where you can update:
First name and last name
Address line 1 and line 2
City, state, and ZIP code
Email address
Save your changes and they will immediately apply to any new invoices you create.
Your contact information is only used for invoice payee details. It is not shared publicly or visible to other members.
